I know how to make it go left and right (press left or right on the c-stick), my friends have done it and I played on thier stages where spikes are on all sides, BUT they can't rember what button does it.
P.S. they all think they did it with the gamecube controls.
How to rotate spikes in the stage builder option ( in Brawl )????????!!!!?!?!?
try pressing random buttons and the c-stick in diffrent dierection, trial and error :)
