I have run my own building company in the past ( I'm a carpenter and my bro' is a brickie) so I think your name has to reflect which part of the market you're looking to operate in.





If its mainly residential extensions, conservatories, new bathrooms etc then I would suggest something like:





Sitwell Home Improvements





Manifold Property Enhancement Ltd





Cielo General Building Company





If its mainly new build homes from plan or sub-contracting to larger construction then use the word Construction as in your examples.





If you offer a design service then:





Sitwell Design and Build





Sitwell (Concept to Completion) Construct Ltd





Cielo Build to Plan Ltd





Don't forget a company livery and well designed logo really look the part and adds professionalism.
