Is registered co-op.hsg.society has the right to issue mortgage N.O.C.to the member in absence of convene done

We have co-op.society at Panvel(old),since there is no any hsg.federation for to guide us in this matter %26amp; the builder is not co operating us,we want answer about it,also want to know legely what we can do in this matter.

If the cooperative housing society is registered,


the managing committee,if it has been so authorised by the members at a general body meeting,can issue the NOC mentioned by you.


It should be made clear to the member seeking the NOC that it is his responsibility to satisfy the mortgagee about the legality of the


mortgage,preferably in the NOC itself.Also


endorse a copy each to the concerned Registrar of Co-op.Soc.and the Hsg.Federation
