Host Gator free website builder?

Hii............please help...me with these issues..


I've just join Hostgator webhost in order to create my own website and publish it later. After alot of checking and thinking ,i,ve have choose Host gator rather than other webhost.


The problem now is that after signing up, I don't see my free website builder.


Secondly , i was link to a C-Panel which show alot of icons saying webmail, change password, sub domains ....


Is there any guide out there for me whom a noob andactually what thus this c-panel does?
