u wont believe what ud need 2 take....go to muscle%26amp;fitness.com...key in a search for body building essential supplements...u eat a lot of whey protein take lots of amino acids and tons of other supplements,,,u cant look that way w/o a heck of a tremendous amount of work...no caffeine, no alcohol no smoking drink lots of water..push muscles 2 negative failure work systematically all muscle groups..take muscle volumizers and blood conditioners and eat 6 tiny meals a day
