If you mean compilor use GNU. It is an excellent compilor and runs on all platforms. If you mean the Borland product you have to buy that or get it from a warez site.
Where can i get free c++ builder?
No where, it costs money and even limewire doesn't have it (my friend checked). This is because when you buy it, it comes with a regestration code that only works with the cd it's sold with. Therefore you'd have to get it from someone else. I'm not sure, but it might be stand alone, but I don't think so.
